The Colombian Baseball Foundation (CBF) was founded in 2006 by Mike Toomey, Rafael Miranda and Carlos Chavarria to enhance the lives of Colombian children through the game of baseball by teaching them life's core values and baseball skills and fundamentals. Our goal is to provide Colombian kids and youths growth experience. It's important to develop their ultimate potential both on and off the field.
